This award acknowledges a business that has a demonstrated track record of Excellence in Customer Service. The winner will have effectively shaped their success by delivering outstanding growth and development through a focus on excellent customer service over the past two years/24 months.

To be eligible for this category, the entrant’s business must be based within the Tweed Shire at the time of entry. The entrant and their employees must not be a judge in the 2024 Tweed Business Awards program.
