Outstanding Employee

The Outstanding Employee Award celebrates the commitment and dedication of an exceptionally inspiring employee who has demonstrated outstanding enthusiasm for their role and strong loyalty to both their workplace and the local community.

ENTRY CRITERIA

To be eligible for this category, entrants must have demonstrated excellence in their profession and the community, while being an outstanding employee over the past 12 months. Individuals are required to have worked with their current employer for a minimum of 18 months prior to entering the awards.

Additional T&C’s

Should the entrant win at the local level, they will go on to Regional and potentially State level. If they wish to leave the organisation prior to attending either a Regional or State Gala Presentation event, they will forfeit any chance of being eligible for an award at that level.
